      I started your 4 simple rules today, and by far, the one that will be the toughest for me is the “no processed foods”. Would you be able to be a bit more specific about what is considered a processed food? I’m wondering about yogurt, peanut butter, milk….
      Can I get a list of foods?

        Instead of yogurt/milk, try kefir. It’s a cultured dairy beverage that has lots of healthy probiotics.

        Peanut butter? Don’t buy it in the commercial bottles. Get freshly ground peanuts, or even almonds, to make almond butter.
