My goal is to help you achieve weight loss without YOU even thinking about it (eventually).
You don’t have to buy anything from me. This online coaching is completely free, and you’ll receive all the knowledge you need to keep your weight off for good.
You’ll be receiving a series of at least 15+ emails within the next month, delivered about every other day.
Then from time to time, you will be receiving breaking news and the latest developments in natural weight loss.

Again, to achieve your weight loss and health goals, there is no need to buy anything from me. However, you do have the option to get personal 1-on-1 coaching over the phone.
You can absolutely get to your weight goals, simply by patronizing your local grocery store.
You and I will work with an emphasis on fundamental principles, not tips or techniques.
As you learn more about your body & the science and psychology of health, tips and techniques will change, but principles will be your rock solid foundation.
You’ll understand the science of metabolism, and learn to apply that knowledge to your individual lifestyle.
Aren’t You Sick of Being
“Sick and Tired”?
So why am I doing this? (Frankly, I don’t really want to do this, but something has “twisted my arm”.)
There are lots of reasons, but here’s one of my biggest:
I am sick and tired of the “establishment”. You have been fed with misinformation about your health, at the expense of your own well-being.
That’s right, all the greedy corporate profiteers from the food and drug industries have a motive to keep you fat, and they keep you naive about the dangerous chemicals they are feeding you.
I believe that this is one of the reasons why our healthcare system is broken.
Speaking of expense, who’s paying for it?
You are - with your monthly health insurance premiums - and it just keeps rising year after year.
That’s right, I USED TO pay $748.35 MONTHLY myself. I’ve reduced that substantially to zilch - NADA.
And I’m still 160 lbs at 5′10″ with a body fat of 14-15%. Plus, I EAT ALL I WANT, and my only physical exercise is walking the dog.
You say it’s my metabolism? You betcha. However, it’s NOT genetic. I’ll show you how to train your metabolism to achieve your chosen weight.
Do You Look Older
Than Your Real Age?
Let’s face it, being overweight makes it appear that you’re older than your physical age, right? Like maybe 5, 10 or even 15 years older?
Yeah, my wife and I are of the same age, and people are constantly surprised because we both look 10 YEARS YOUNGER than our chronological age.
That’s a swing of 15-20 years!
Can you imagine yourself looking 10 years younger?
If you’re single, how many more dates could you get?
If you’re married, how many more times would your spouse “show you off” proudly in public. (And I mean that in a nice way.)
Actually, you might inspire the rest of your family towards a healthy and beautiful lifestyle.
Maybe your best friend my even say: “You look younger today than you were on your wedding day. What the heck are you doing?”

I am NOT a medical professional; I’m not even a physical trainer. Actually, I’m an engineer by education, currently a real estate investor, and an ex-information technology manager/consultant.
Natural health and wellness is my serious passion, in addition to personal development or self improvement.
All information that I will be providing now, and in the future, are all personal opinion, based on my personal experiences.
I am NOT providing medical advice. I am only sharing health information from my own research and a lifetime of personal results, challenges and experimentation.

looks great, Harry! it is time more people woke up and took responsibility for their wellness, and paid attention to what they are eating. Most people are eating their way to the grave, with a knife and fork. Dr. Sherry Rogers, says that 95% of all cancers are due to Toxins, and inadequate nutrition. That is the good news. We can do something about both of those. Keep up the good work!

I’m a qualified teacher but the retrained 13 years ago as an aromatherapist but feel I missed my calling as I should trained in nutrition. Been considering it and your information is reinforcing that.
Welcome aboard Kim. You’ve made a great choice. A lot of people have taken the basics for granted (it’s not really about calories), and it’s sad why 2/3 of the population is overweight. It leads to all sorts of preventable diseases.
Even before the financial crisis of 2008-2009, home foreclosures were happening due to MEDICAL BILLS!
If the US government doesn’t focus on PREVENTION, the health care industry will be the next bubble to burst, and it will be BIGGER.

Monica, you’re on the right track…the mind is where it all begins.
A book that I’ve read is The Biology of Belief by Dr. Bruce Lipton. He’s a molecular biologist, who taught medical school, and linked the behavior of our physical cells to our mental thoughts.
